Instructions for listening to Live365 stations broadcasting in mp3PRO

Download and install Winamp 5.32 or MusicMatch 10.0

(If Winamp is not your usual audio program you may want to uncheck all options other than mp3or it will take over all audio-visual file types)

If you listen with the Live365 player or Windows Media player you will need to change your Live365 listen settings to other mp3 player for the Winamp or MusicMatch decoders to function.  The Preferred Listener Live365 player will play mp3PRO streams.

Listening with either the free Live365 player or Windows Media player  will result in a mono stream that lacks the high frequency improvement provided by mp3pro encoding but is essentially the same as mp3 at the same bitrate.
